I think the reason why USC loss was Pete Carroll's inexplicable REFUSAL to play Reggie Bush in the 2nd half, especially the 4th quarter.

What was the deal there?

And why weren;t Dan Fouts and Keith Jackson mentioning this?

The fact that the potential #1 overall pick in the NFL and the Heisman trophy winner wasn't playing in the 4th quarter, I think should be mentioned.

Yeah what Bonham Hathaway said. The number one guy. the heisman winner wasn't even in the game in the second half. Dude was just standing there sucking on his mouth guard on the sidelines while they came up 1/2 a yard from pretty much clinching the game. Texas had their number one(Young) in the whole game... granted he's the quarterback but still he was the guy making it happen. USC's number one guy is reggie bush... but he wasn't in there for the most crucial plays of the game where he could have easily made the difference. Crazy I tell you. He could have been given the opportunity to make up for the crappy play.... but wasn't. Why?
